The way I see it is all that mumbo-jumbo about weapons programs was mere foreplay leading up to the climax of: We believe he has in fact reconstituted nuclear weapons. It just "accidentially" happens to be the most damning and headline-grabbing indictment of the day. Funny how the Bush administration tends to have a lot of these "accidents".
