VICE PRES. CHENEY: I disagree, yes. ... We believe he has, in fact, reconstituted nuclear weapons. I think Mr. ElBaradei frankly is wrong.

VICE PRES. CHENEY: Yeah. I did misspeak. ... We never had any evidence that he had acquired a nuclear weapon.
